Manager Business Innovation

We designed, realized and launched a new content and advertisement distribution platform to decrease maintenance costs, enable an increase of distribution channels, support multiple business models and stimulate upsell. On top of this platform we designed responsive frontends to optimize conversion and user experience on any device. With the main goal to monetize mobile as a new opportunity for new products.

Leading these innovations from concept to launch was a effort with cross-functional team members from different companies.
